This place is fantastic for families, especially with kids and dogs! The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we greatly appreciated how clean the rooms were. We loved being close to local attractions. Everything felt convenient and accessible.
For dads, it would be great if they added a private family bathroom area for a shower after check-out.

Great spot for family fun!
We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, super close to the beach and fun attractions. We especially liked the special diet menu at dinner—such a nice touch! One thing tho, the bathroom could've used a bit more upkeep, but it didn’t ruin our vibes at all.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and shops, making it very convenient. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, quickly resolving issues like a faulty water heater. the inside room we were first given had no view, and the air conditioning struggled to adequately cool the bedrooms in the family suite. the stairs from the entrance to the reception can be challenging for those with mobility issues.

It was just a suitable option for a walk in the evening in Benidorm with value for money. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days, keeping the apartment cool. Bring your own cleaning supplies for peace of mind.

I enjoyed the great location of the Avenida apartments. Super close to the beach and local attractions, which made exploring so easy. The one-bedroom apartment had a fridge/freezer that was awesome for storing snacks and drinks. I appreciated having English TV channels available, though it was a bummer that there were only news ones. The room was clean, and most importantly, the view from the rooftop pool was delightful, although the pool itself was quite small. The steps leading to the apartment entrance can be tricky, especially if you have mobility issues. that definitely needs mentioning. Noise levels were a bit of a headache too. Early morning cleaning and late-night rowdiness from kids made sleeping a challenge. The balcony was tiny, just enough for two people, but there was a nice vibe overall. I had to bring my own tea towels and cleaning supplies, which felt inconvenient. Things like these made it a mixed bag, and not sure if I’d stay here again for the price.

the location was amazin, super close to all the beaches and restaurants. our apartment was HUGE and had a big terrace to chill and enjoy the sun. the staff were super friendly and always helpful when we needed anything. big fluffy towels were provided and the place was super clean. also, the rooftop pool across the street from the apartments was a nice bonus, even though we didn't use it much.
but the water heater wasn't that great, barely enough for two showers with four of us. also, we wished the sofa bed was more comfy.

The location in the old town was ideal. Really close to everything. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Check-in was smooth. Clean rooms but walls were quite thin, noise was a constant issue.

the rooftop pool was lovely and had plenty of loungers available. soundproofing in rooms needs improvement since you can hear noise from neighbors.

The place was central, making it easy to explore the old town. Although the receptionist's attitude could have been friendlier, housekeeping was excellent, with frequent towel changes. The rooftop pool at the nearby hotel was a nice addition, though quite small for the number of guests.
